Scope of works:
- 42,000m2 of external brush finished lorry park
- Cropping of 6,500 piles for building foundations and internal slab support
- Attenuation tank excavation and backfill (12000 m3 of storage)
- All surface water drainage systems including 1200mm diameter pipes up to 6.5m deep. Installation of 5 petrol interceptors up to 9m deep
- 1 surface water pump station
- Headwalls into existing rhyne
- All foul water drainage up to 4m deep, including 2 foul pumping chambers
- Foundations for main factory 500m long x 150m wide
- Bespoke formwork and reinforced concrete for Grenzabach machinery involved in plasterboard production
- Mezzanine slab pours
- Various plant slabs externally, hazardous waste/LPG/compressed air/ rainwater harvesting tank/processed water / conveyor bases
- New Gypsum store foundation approximately 4,500 m3 in 1 base
- New calcination building foundations and mill base featuring waterproof concrete substructures
- New carpark construction and lorry park completed within a live environment over a number of phased handovers
- All incoming service trenches and ducting requirements for the new development
- Kerbing and hard landscaping
- Top soil to landscaped areas installed
- Demolition of existing buildings
- Foundation and slab for new gate house and 2 nr weigh bridges
- Foundations and slab for new link corridor to link the new and existing facility
- Removal of trees/site clearance
- Installation of 2 legato precast walls
- Installation of precast ground beams to the perimeter of the building
- Street furniture installation
