- Bespoke reinforced concrete spine wall for new staircases
- Concrete aprons on external works
- New paving and car parks
- 278 highway improvements
- New ducting to the whole facility
- New crib wall 6m high
- New transport mall to allow coaches for spectators to a*end the games
- Surface water and foul water drainage systems including attenuation tanks and interceptors
